Special Needs Ministry
St. Brigid of Westbury embraces a wide diversity of God’s children, including the welcoming of the Special Needs families. We are looking to form a ministry that offers the gift that families need in friendship, understanding, support, and fun. We need to start, create or recruit a “working group” to form, develop, and carry out this ministry in our parish. There are many ideas for us to consider and many ways to come together to support one another!

The Cloak
A counseling service designed to lend support to community members struggling with Behavioral Health Challenges. The Cloak offers brief Counseling, referral to higher level of care as needed, mentorship, and referral to community resources. Whether it is a neighbor who has lost employment, a stranger in a new land, or a family in need of assistance, these are our brothers and sisters. "Whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers, that you do unto me." (Matthew 25:40) Our parish outreach program does, in fact, reach out to so many. That cannot be possible without your assistance.
