    Brothers and sisters:
    Someone may say, “How are the dead raised? 
    With what kind of body will they come back?”You fool!
    What you sow is not brought to life unless it dies.
    And what you sow is not the body that is to be
    but a bare kernel of wheat, perhaps, or of some other kind.

    So also is the resurrection of the dead.
    It is sown corruptible; it is raised incorruptible.
    It is sown dishonorable; it is raised glorious.
    It is sown weak; it is raised powerful.
    It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body.

    Primera lectura 1 Corintios 15, 35-37. 42-49

    Hermanos: Hay algunos que preguntan: “¿Cómo resucitan los muertos? ¿Qué clase de cuerpo van a tener?” Es que no se han puesto a pensar que el grano que se siembra tiene que morir, para que nazca la planta. Lo que se siembra no es la planta que va a brotar, sino solamente la semilla, por ejemplo, de trigo o de cualquier otra cosa.

    Lo mismo sucede en la resurrección de los muertos: se siembra un cuerpo corruptible y resucita incorruptible; se siembra un cuerpo miserable y resucita glorioso; se siembra débil y resucita fuerte; se siembra un cuerpo puramente humano y resucita un cuerpo vivificado por el espíritu divino.
