IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN MULTIPLE LEVELS PLEASE REVIEW BOTH LINKS BEFORE COMING BACK TO THIS PAGE TO REGISTER By submitting this form, you are affirming that you have read and agree to the requirements for the appropriate level of our family faith formation program. For 2026-27 registration fees are $210 -1 child, $300- 2 children, $390- 3 or more children. HOWEVER,, there is a $10 discount for registering before April 16, 2026 and there is a $25 additional fee for registering after June 30, 2026. No registrations will be accepted after August 31st. Please be advised that from time to time we take pictures during sessions and events to use on the bulletin or website.
